Description Of The Project
Complete reconstruction of 1930s' downtown Prague office building comprising high-end office space and three retail floors. The VIA UNA project combines the existing, elitist flair of the building with all the requirements of a state-of-the-art office and retail space. The modernization of the building aims to convince not only through modern design and the usage of new materials, it also addresses today's requirements for indoor environment quality and energy efficiency.
