LEED Platinum certification and WELL HS rating for a new landmark office building in Warsaw, Poland

Recently a new 27 storey building developed by S+B Gruppe achieved the LEED Platinum certification and the WELL Health&Safety rating, showing deep commitment to sustainable development by the whole project team. Only 5,6% of the total of 13 754 worldwide LEED certified buildings has reached the top Platinum level.

Besides managing the complete LEED certification and WELL HS rating processes, OPTIMAL Engineering worked on this exciting project as M&E Designer, Construction Supervisor and Commissioning Authority. We are proud to have contributed to successful LEED certification of fourteen buildings in three countries, most of them achieving the highest certification level Platinum.
