OPTIMAL team started its activity in Czech Republic in 1994 as part of OPTIMAL Praha, first as a design and construction company in the field of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Plumbing. The company soon extended its range of services to technical facility management that gradually overtook the construction in terms of revenue. The design and construction division was spun off in 2005, established as OPTIMAL Engineering spol. s r.o. and in 2007 sold by the company's founder to its managers.

OPTIMAL Engineering's design and construction team has been constantly adapting its activity to the evolution of customers' needs. The company's project managers, designers, site managers, supervisors, foremen etc., have completed many projects of different types in the Czech Republic and abroad.
